Best I can tell, my outbox is loaded down with undelivered items. Does a member have to log in before the message is sent? I'm fairly sure I have messages in my outbox that are going to people who have logged in since I sent the message.

In email, it's where messages go til the system actualy sends the message. Doesn't appear to be the case here & if ...
