How do I always get into trouble in paintball forums? am I doing somthin wrong???

Guess I need to read what you are refering to, some can take criticism and some can't. It's a tricky situation to say stuff even though it is true about a field on an open forum. They rely on these forums as advertising in a way and get bent out of shape when you go negative on them publicly. I try not to do that or word it so some know who I am refering to without naming names.
We all here have our issues with PBC G'ville, we just try and stay clear of it publicly, if you bash fields that way it makes other field owners wary about you and your team, IMO, the truth is the truth but some cannot or will not admit it.

Yeah David like Shake said we don't openly criticize fields or businesses in the paintball community due to it causing bad publicity for us. I know that I wish it were different but it is not, so with that being said you can criticize all you want in the bar and grill as that is completely private...

I understand the thinking....(though I disagree with it) and wanna thank you both for the honesty of your answers..

It's alright, a lot of the time people will misconstrue things that are said in a text based format even though it wasn't meant that way. Trust me it has happened to all of us. It isn't about being PC ither, just so you know. We try to avoid such things completely for our on benefit and speak louder with our wallets than with our voice...know what I mean?

It is easy to just be flat out honest for some folks, and you are that way. We will not ask you to change who you are because if we all changed where would the originality be in our team?
There are ocassions that require delicate maneuvers so that tempers do not flare up and we end up saying or doing things that we regret, you know this as we all do from childhood beatings because we smarted back at the wrong moment. When are these times? I cannot tell you, they vary in contrast and depending on the company involved could be rare or abundant.
The group we were with at Charleston were some of the high ups in our scenario scene, SC Roadkill are a top team, Charleston is their home field and sponsor. Ben Torcelli is the owner of MPP games and Paul Bollenbach is an ex pro player who now is the southeast rep for Kee sports and you know who they represent.
Most of the teams we spend time with are very well known in our little circle, Shrub is a very well known player and respected model for our team. I have been fortunate to be introduced and become friends with many of the founders and highly respected people on pbjunkie thanks to Shrub, Merilu & Doc. I try and be careful in open conversations about what I say about others since word travels quickly and you never know who is eaves dropping.
I'm not saying hush hush all the time, folks need to know how fields are but it can be done with delicacy and tact. The stuff that went back and forth between you and Moose was dropped before I could read alot of it but that does not mean that either of you were right or wrong. These folks here know him better than me so I cannot attest to his behavior and since this is an open area I will not.
I have issues with RF, Vaughn and the way it is operated, but my opinions were stated face to face with Ben and others or through pm's so that it was handled tact and would not upset the whole forum.
We have all had issues with either fields, teams, each other or other players and have had to go through the process of how to handle it, sometimes we do good and sometimes we do not. There are fellow teammates that will not go to certain fields because of personal issues from the past, the choice is ultimately up to the individual and that person will have to live with the choice he or she made.
You have to be comfortable with your decisions David, we just ask you to sit and read over your responces before hitting that send button, I personaly like to preview my posts so that I can be sure I can live with what I posted..most of the time.
Must be funny to see a serious post from me..see I am human at times.

No I agree your right i need to tone down
I dont know the industry ...I dont know the players etc
and have allot to learn and im not saying im ever right or wrong

Ive been in the power industry all my adult life..
we had some sub par companies we didnt discuss....one of them was ENRON...nearly broke us all....

But thanks both for the advice...and from here on in Ill trust the more experencied people know the correct way to say somethin and save my rants for here
