| Ok, I've always got the feeling that everybody expected you to know all about Autocockers. Well, I don't know jack about them. I think Sahara may have let me borrow an autococker once, but I'm not sure. Anyway...
Now, over on Junkie, they're saying they are being discontinued. I'd heard a lot of pump talk related to autocockers. I haven't been in a hurry to buy a pump because I haven't even played with one yet, but I'd like to know if I need to snatch one of these up to make in to a pump. Another words, do autocockers make the best pumps or are there other guns out there that do just as well or better as pumps?
BTW--does anyone make a pump gun now--that is, designed to be a pump gun from day one?
Thanks for any info you can throw my way:study: _________________ Carolina Riot www.carolinariot.com Proudly Sponsored by SC Army Surplus www.scarmysurplus.com |

| Yes Ace IMO they are the best pumps. The only other pump out there that comes close that isn't a cocker clone is the Palmer custom made marker...obviously very expensive.
The best pump out there that is designed to be a pump from the ground up is CCM's S6 pump...and its a cocker pump.
If you're interested in building a pump I know there are cockers around on the team that may be available for purchase to you.
I have an CCM 86* frame, a mini pump kit, and other pieces. |

| Phantoms make for a nice "made to be" pump. I had one as my first pump, but sold it after getting hold of my first sniper2 (if that tells you anything). Nice thing about autocockers and sniper pumps is that there is a lot of upgrading and customizing you can do to fit your taste. Not to mention that you can obtain either or fairly inexpensive. THat is unless you want to join the CCM club where you'll spend some $$. Evolution cocker and snipers will cost you a penny or two as well.
You're more than welcome to try out one of mine. I've also got one or two to sell... lmk |
