is that just stupid or, does that make sense? at bear claw allot of folks simply didnt know about the event till after it was over....

Currently we have lighting and staffing issues?? that im aware of?
any other issues thoughts post here? all input welcome

We need an event MC (last time it was Camo but I think hes busy)?
to get bystanders to participate and keep the crowd interested

We also need someone to get the players on and of the field...while explaining rules etc kinda a mini safety brief? and keeping things moving

And someone prepping markers unless its use your own?
then that person/persons is distributing paint..as required and getting the next person lined up soo we move a little faster...

we also need clarification on what paint to use? At bearclaw the field provided paint? (they wanted event paint only ..even at this) and we worked somethin out for that whole aspect...

ant thoughts or ideas?

Will think on it for a bit...I agree on the MC deal and it needs to be a charismatic guy or gal who can be heard all over.
Lights will be a must
I have the dinner to contend with....will get the times straight
I will get the paint from there if I have to pay for it.

dont worry about the paint we will do a similiar deal to last time....ok I have 2 300 watt worklights mounted to a telescoping pole...
we still need an mc...some preppers...and a field mover

and some more lights would be good?
how big a generator are we working with?
oh and illl bring extension cord for that light set

not sure, I have not been reading everything...I will find out tonight.

There will be a few lights, we will do it at the speedball field...mostly car lights. Maybe a few more could not hurt and we can use them in the night game as well. I am playing...well, leading. I need some for missions and lots for security...anyone interested? We have the upper base and it is hard to defend at night.
