OK guys SERIOUSLY...don't be slacking on this one! You have to decide if you are gonna go! This is Pre-reg only, deadline is MAY 14th!!!..You have to be in Anniston at the players briefing by 9 pm Fri. the 25th of may! The game is the 26th and the 27th of may! Hotels will need to be for the night of the 25th, and the 26th! it's $60 for the two day game, and event air (they will be marking tanks, the $60 covers one tank! additional tanks are $10) paint is $50 a case (no word on what paint) grenades will be allowed, but only special grenades that will be sold at the event. Smoke is allowed. Everything at the field will be CASH only..they don't have the ability to use Credit Cards at the field. Semi-Auto only!!! we are planning on all staying at the same hotel the Royal INN in anniston. It's $40 single $45 double..tell them you are with the PB event when you register! (256) 820-5154

A little intel..The DEA general has asked me to be an XO, and bring my own H.E.A.T. team (High risk Entry and Arrest Team) we will be the ones charged with taking and clearing the buildings. As I have said before if we can take an opposing teams base, they can't respawn for like an hour..so if we can take both enemy bases we could be the only ones on the field for 45 minutes or so! Everybody from PB Junkie that is going will be registering as DEA. I have a few DEA ball caps, and me and Laura both purchased DEA patches for our Tac vests for this game I think we have 7 hats..not sure.

WE HAVE to get hot on this if you want to go...you guys should start coordinating on rooms etc. Directions to Hotel..take I-20 West into Alabama take exit 185 towards Oxford/Anniston (ya know what Mapquest it!)

ok well the number are gonna be considerably less than the projected 300 people looks like closer to two hundred. Should still be fun! I have a recorder that records straight to DVD, but it's not cheap.

Not sure I would want to take it to a big game, but recording something closer to home might be practical.

i'll probably start taking a disposable camera out on the field with me. Not best quality, but maybe we can get some cool pics.
