seriously? i can arrange that.. just meet me at my house and we can role down from there also, everyone: pack like Doc packs (and i dont mean fudge).. pack only what you need taking into consideration some spare equipment.. note that we will be bussed to and fro the MOUT site each day.. our gear will be loaded into a cargo truck and we will be loaded into the same type of buses we may remember from grade school..also, the staging areas are somewhat limited ie the side of the road leading in, so everyone will need to make use of all available space

i would suggest that everyone bring their own chair or a mat or something that can be toted easily.. as for tables, i would advise against it as a matter of convenience.. if the canopy can be easily transported, do bring it as the heat last time around was enough to make sneaky's tanks go off.. team CF was able to get theirs on board and it did prove valuable.. just try to envision 300 people trying to fit their gear into two cargo trucks on two consecutive trips.. that's what we're dealing with.. in fact, it probably wouldnt hurt if someone were to get in touch with Daddy so he can reach out to the coordinator and impose an equipment limit.. eventually, there will be an issue with getting people to and from that field timely if they only run two trucks

I only pack that way with you Merilu... Anyway. If you could link the site again I'm going to burn leave to go so I'll make sure its Friday through Sunday that way 3 days isn't too horrible. Lets try and get definite responses from everybody going FOR SURE and then the maybes and start lining up transportation to and from the site. From Columbia I know its a 318 mile trip. I checked because 250 is my limit without leave SO... Who from the Columbia area is going? I'm thinking get a group from Columbia and a group from up north and go from there.

http://www.paintball-aaa.com/events.htmlthis link should take you straight to the site the best way to rally is for everyone to head toward Augusta and we meet off of Dyes Parkway.. that should be ideal for meeting up with Sneaky, Lora, and Sahara as well.. then we roll out through to Alabama

I have to work that friday (as far as I know) I'm hoping to be done fairly early, but won't know how my day looks until Fri morning. Fri. and Sat are our busy days so we will see! Worst case scenario is I'll head out late, I'm gonna get with James and tell him I might miss the Briefing! (i've been to two of them so hopefully it won't be a huge deal!) I'll let you guys know as soon as I know something.
