I had gone by wed prior to the Alabama game.. i think they were open fri, sat, and sun..

Better call first... i don't remember if fri for certain.. i was kind of annoyed because I had to get air so I could adjust a couple markers prior to the mout game...drove over there..and closed..

btw...know of any other place locally that fills hpa?

I had that problem a while back, too far a trip for a little air so I bought a scuba tank($100) and an adapter($35) and it costs me $5 to fill the tank. It will fill to about 3000 the first few times and slowly go down. You have to get the tank checked once a year, $20, but in the long run it has saved me and Eric a lot of moola. I have even used it at some of the local events when they allowed it. I always put a little air in before I go anywhere so I can chrono then top it off. We have a scuba shop 10 miles from the house and the nearest fill station is in Duncan 25 miles away.

I'm under the impression that you live in the Columbia area. There should be several stores (sporting goods & PB only) that you can check for air.

Up here in Greenville, we have PB central and I know Sports Athority (formerly Oshmans) does CO2, but I'm not sure about HPA. There are several PB stores around town that also can do it. Supposedly you can go to a scuba shop, but I've never tried that.

As mentioned before spam, BB has different hours.... at least they did as of the week of the MOUT game....

The sporting good stores that i've been too are generally C02 and not hpa... I tend to get my c02 tanks filled by Dicks when need be (though most of the time they do not do a good job filling up the tank). Can you believe that the new Sportsman Warehouse they built on Piney Grove doesn't fill tanks? At least they didn't when they opened; maybe that's changed now.

I may have to look into the scuba tank thing... would be a LOT more convenient it sounds...

Sporstmens does fill co2 tanks now. Just got my 20 oz filled there a week ago.

Puddin you're putting way too much work into college if you are limiting your weekends that bad...unless of course those are blocked away for serious parties.

Hey guys and gals, what about Oct. 27th Dusk till Dawn (Vampires Revenge) at Ragin Tiger? That has a good sound for us Shrub since we are like vampires It is a one day thing I think and is not too long a drive for most people, just trying to get a non overnight gig for us since we all seem to be at the side of the road can collecting stage. Anything is fine by me, still have a lot of fields I have not seen but want to. After the Mout facility, it will be hard to impress me, maybe we can go play in a dorm at Clemson? Puddin or Jello?

Ragin Tiger generally sounds good, but that sounds like a night time game. Might be kinda rough playing at night at a field you've never been to before. However, if the game starts out in daylight, which would give us a chance to learn the field, then it wouldn't be a big problem.

FYI in case anyone else is interested:
I'm thinking of checking out that field near M. Beach in the near future, possibly as early as the beginning of next month. That field has possibilites at this point. It's closer than LCP and almost certainly used by friendlier people. Plenty of off-season hotels nearby, along with a good choice of REAL campgrounds where $$ could be saved. Plenty of eating places nearby too. We could watch Puddin hit on bikini-clad girls during our down time.
